Make an Appointment

Blanket Fort Therapy uses an online booking system.  Simply click the "Appointment" button to get started. 

You will first be prompted to select Psychiatric Diagnostic Intake. These are simply fancy words for our first get to know you appointment. Keep following the prompts to select a convenient day and time. You will also set up a client portal account. This will allow you to complete some intake questions online (no printer needed).
