Individual Therapy

Life can sometimes be confusing and overwhelming.  Sometimes really terrible things happen.  In those times having someone to listen without judgement and who cares for your well-being mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually can really make a difference.

Perhaps you are struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, past abuse, or family issues.  Perhaps you are facing difficult decisions and could use some extra support.  I believe that you have the potential for health and wholeness especially when you have someone to walk with you on your journey.
